Summer Camp Registration
We now offer online registration in addition to our printable PDF form. If you do not wish to register online, you may simply complete this form, print it, and mail. To complete the online registration, please click on the appropriate form below and complete as directed within the form.
Please submit one form for each Rancher.
Once we receive your registration (whether online or mailed) we will process the registration and you should receive a confirmation via e-mail (if provided) or via mail. If no confirmation is received please contact our office at mmrcamp@mmrm.org or (814) 664-7673 to confirm receipt of your registration.
