Matt and Jenni Cox came on staff in 1992. Matt serves as Executive Director. Matt and Jenni have five children. Jenni homeschools their children as well as assisting Matt. Together they teach the "Preparation for Marriage" class to M.A.P. students. Matt and Jenni are M.A.P. alumni.

Chip and Sandy Hungerford came on staff in 1988. Chip serves as the Business Manager and Guest Service Director overseeing Finances, Guest Registration, and Housing. Sandy teaches Vaulting, is the camp store manager, and assists Chip with budgeting & year-end finances. They have six children of which Sandy is currently homeschooling five. Sandy is a graduate of M.A.P (1986).

Dan and Connie Cooper came on staff in 1994. Dan serves as the Dean of students for M.A.P. Dan and Connie have three children and homeschool. Both Dan and Connie are M.A.P. alumni.

Mark and Jen Brenner came on staff in 1996. Mark is the Construction Supervisor and teaches the M.A.P. Music Appreciation and Christian Ethics classes. Jen teaches Horse Science to M.A.P. students. Mark and Jen homeschool their three children, and are graduates of M.A.P.

Patty May has served on staff since 1997. She is the Dean of Women and Secretary for M.A.P. Patty holds a Masters Degree in Christian Education. She has authored Wisdom’s House Bible Study Series and Wisdom’s House for Kidz. In 2008 both were translated and published in Korean.

Mark and Shari Carpenter came on staff in 2001. Mark is the Operations Coordinator. He heads up all construction and maintenance, in addition to teaching the M.A.P. class on Servant Leadership. Shari keeps busy homeschooling four of their six kids.

Donnie and Tonya Rosie. Donnie attended the M.A.P. program 2000-2002, served with Sermon on the Mount until 2008 and now works as the Director of Resources and Marketing. He graduated from Edinboro University of PA in 2010. Tonya works as the Camping Ministries Administrative Assistant. She is a 2005 graduate of Malone University with a degree in Integrated Social Studies. She is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Middle and Secondary Instruction from Edinboro Univeristy.

Stephen and Hilary Troester have been on staff at MMR since Fall of 2006.  Both are graduates of M.A.P. I & II.  Stephen serves as Assistant to the Maintenance Director and Hilary helps oversee the music department.  They are expecting their first child in early July.

Roger and Cathy Piger joined the MMR staff team in 2008. Roger serves as the Director of Maintenance. Cathy homeschools their two girls.

Kara Baratta joined the MMR staff team in 2008, following her graduation from M.A.P. ('06 - '08). She currently serves as the Horsemanship Director. Kara has her Bachelor's degree in Youth Ministry and is looking to pursue her Master's in Discipleship Ministries through Liberty University.

Curtis Twigg is originally from Rome, PA. He came on staff in the fall of 2008 serving as the Program Director. He attended MMR as a rancher, then joined summer staff, and is a M.A.P. alumnus ('04-'06).

Sarah Armtrong is a graduate from M.A.P. ('08-'10) and serves as the Food Service Director. She is currently pursuing continued education in Food Nutrition and Business/People Management.
